Inspired by my larger Botanica Vessels, these mini studies in canvas and paint make a zippy statement when worn as a brooch. Each one-of-a-kind original is fused, stitched and hand sculpted in canvas, then embellished with polymer and finally hand painted with up to 8 layers of paint. Each sunflower is handcrafted so expect variations original to your unique brooch.
The tiniest details in nature’s botanical life are revelations in form and mathematical design and are a continual inspiration for me!
